1. This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering vacation rental travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate personal vacation rental inquiries or reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers and for no other purposes. Use of the Website for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "TripBaltic.com" refer to UAB “Baltrend”. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or contributing content on this Website.
2. This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website. You may not amend this Agreement. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Agreement. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age, (ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation, (iii) you will use this Website in accordance with this Agreement, (iv) you will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act, (v) all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete, and (vi) if you have a TripBaltic.com account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
4. The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of vacation rental properties and travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers. You agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Additionally, you agree not to:
   1. use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose;
   2. make, or use the Website to make, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation, reservation request or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
   3. access, monitor, reproduce, upload, republish, distribute, transmit, display or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;
   4. "frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of this Website into any other website without our prior authorization;
   5. sell, offer for sale, transfer, or license any portion of the Website in any form to any third parties; or
   6. post or transmit any false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.
5. PAYMENT
   1. Fee Structure. In exchange for providing the Service, TripBaltic.com keeps a small portion of the host’s price of each stay. As a guest, you agree to pay the amount posted by the host with whom you have chosen to stay.
   2. Payment Logistics. If you find a listing that you are interested in, you will be asked to provide billing information and If the host who posted the listing accepts your offer, you'll be charged the full balance at the time of acceptance; The funds will be held by TripBaltic.com until customer arrives; thereafter the host provides its service, TripBaltic.com will remit the held funds to the host, less TripBaltic.com service charge.
   3. Cancellation and Refunds. If you cancel your reservation request, TripBaltic.com will return the funds to you in accordance with its cancellation policy.

TripBaltic.com Privacy Policy

TripBaltic.com provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of www.TripBaltic.com (this "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through this Site. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
